Books/ Text Documents: SGD3.80 per kilogram (weight is inclusive of the packaging received)

Ornaments and the like will be charged according to the item

Can we self deliver our items for shredding/ disposal?
Yes you may drop your Items at the above address during our operating hours
How much is the collection fee?
Kindly provide us the collection address and photo of the already packed items for our courier to quote accordingly
Do we need to weigh the items?

We will weigh the items for you. A video recording of the weighing process will be provided along with the invoice.

Do we pass cash to the courier during collection?

Kindly transfer the total costs (Collection Fee + Disposal Fee) ONLY after we have provided you with the video recording  of the weighing process and invoice. 

What if we need to attend to something urgent on the collection day?

You may place the items outside on an elevation with a “DO NOT REMOVE” note and we will update once we have collected them
